You own the rollout of Business Central across several countries and entities. You hold the common core together and decide which local requirement is genuinely local. We have rolled out in up to 25 countries, so you are not working from a blank sheet but on proven ground.
Define and defend the common core. Every country exception is decided against the standardisation line, not passed through.
Plan the waves, coordinate country teams, assess go-live readiness per country.
Account for tax law, language, local processes and reporting cultures without losing the core.
Anchor decisions above country level so that local interests do not pull the programme apart.
If you are looking for a role where someone else makes the difficult calls, this is not it. Our projects are complex, and that is precisely why we are in the room with our clients. It takes people who take a position.
If that appeals to you rather than puts you off, we should talk.
Not a supporting role. You make the professional calls and stand behind them with the client.
We take on projects where experience makes the difference, not every project within reach.
Short paths, no pyramid. You work with people who have run transformations themselves.
Most of it runs remotely; we are on site when being there genuinely adds something.
What we do not do: let juniors learn at the client's expense. That is not a marketing line, it is the reason this position is open.
No cover letter needed. Tell us in a few sentences which project you worked on most recently and what you decided there. We clarify the rest in conversation, directly with Frank, not across three rounds.
