You lead Business Central projects in the upper mid-market, often internationally. You sit at the table with the client, clarify processes and the data model, make the professional calls and guide the implementation into stable operations. When things get tight, you say what is true, even when it is uncomfortable.
Map processes, run the gap-fit against the standard, develop the target picture with the client. You decide what the standard covers and where an extension is needed.
Lead configuration, data migration and testing on the professional side, together with our developers and the client's implementation partner.
Cutover, hypercare and handover into operations, including the question of who decides at the client from then on.
You are a peer-level counterpart, from the department up to the management board.
If you are looking for a role where someone else makes the difficult calls, this is not it. Our projects are complex, and that is precisely why we are in the room with our clients. It takes people who take a position.
If that appeals to you rather than puts you off, we should talk.
Not a supporting role. You make the professional calls and stand behind them with the client.
We take on projects where experience makes the difference, not every project within reach.
Short paths, no pyramid. You work with people who have run transformations themselves.
Most of it runs remotely; we are on site when being there genuinely adds something.
What we do not do: let juniors learn at the client's expense. That is not a marketing line, it is the reason this position is open.
No cover letter needed. Tell us in a few sentences which project you worked on most recently and what you decided there. We clarify the rest in conversation, directly with Frank, not across three rounds.
