Business Central implementation

A Business Central implementation that holds up in operation.

A first implementation, a move from a legacy system or a group-wide rollout. We have been running projects like these for over 25 years, senior-led from the first analysis through to stable operation.

From analysis into operations

We guide you through the implementation, step by step.

An implementation is not a guessing game and not a slide show. We meet you where you are today, we work through the decisions and we take on the delivery. We take control and we own it, instead of only advising. That experience comes from international rollouts in up to 25 countries and from programmes with several hundred databases and over 20,000 users.

Meet you where you are

We start from your real situation, not from a template. Whether new implementation, switch or stalled project, we step in exactly where you are.

Navigate through decisions

We make options clear, recommend the path and make the decisions together with you, instead of deferring them to go-live.

Deliver and take responsibility

We run delivery and hold the implementation partner to account. If you lack capacity or a project manager, we step in until things run again.

That way we do not just guide you through the implementation, we keep control on your side, from the first analysis well into operation. AI comes in where the data foundation can support it, not as an add-on.

How shaky implementations happen

  • Migrating data one-for-one, errors and all
  • Simply rebuild existing processes in the new system
  • Defer decisions until go-live forces them
  • Treat go-live as the end of the project

How we proceed

  • Separate the data foundation cleanly from the application
  • Clarify processes before they are configured
  • Force decisions early and own them
  • See go-live as the start of stable operation
Three starting points

One implementation, three paths.

New implementation

You are implementing Business Central for the first time. We build processes and data model cleanly from the start, instead of carrying legacy problems forward, so you start on a foundation that grows with you.

Switch from a legacy system

You are replacing an existing ERP, including SAP to Business Central. We migrate in a structured way, separate what is worth keeping from what is not and make sure data quality and process knowledge are not lost.

Hub & Spoke

Several entities on a shared core. A central hub sets processes, data model and standards, the sites inherit them as spokes. Standardised kickoff, repeatable migration, predictable and lower-risk.

Phases and gateways

How we implement Business Central.

Senior-led, with Business Central as our home ground. We take control, instead of only advising.

1

Analysis

We examine processes, data and goals and define what Business Central should really deliver for your business.

2

Data foundation and processes

We set up the data model and workflows cleanly and separate the data foundation rigorously from the application.

3

Delivery and go-live

We run configuration, migration and testing, hold the implementation partner to account and lead to a controlled go-live.

4

Operation and AI

On the clean foundation you can keep developing and use AI sensibly, more on this on our AI-ready page.

Implementations rarely fail because of Business Central. They fail because of a messy data foundation, unclear processes and missing control. That is exactly where we come in.

Frequently asked questions

What decision-makers ask us about this.

Can you also take over a failed project?

Yes. We first assess the situation, secure what is viable and take control, so the implementation gets back on track.

Do you also migrate from SAP to Business Central?

Yes. We plan and run the switch from the legacy system to Business Central in a structured way, including data migration and transfer of the relevant process knowledge.

How long does an implementation take?

That depends on scope, data situation and starting point. In the first conversation we assess your situation and give a realistic frame, instead of a wishful number.

Do you work together with our existing implementation partner?

Yes. If you already have a partner, we stay in control on your side and hold them to account, technically and contractually.

What happens to our data from the legacy system?

We separate data foundation and application rigorously. This keeps your data foundation clean, complete and usable beyond Business Central too.

What does a clean implementation have to do with AI?

A great deal. AI delivers reliable results only on a clean data foundation . A good implementation is the precondition for that, details on our AI-ready page.
